Experienced Investment Professionals

Our firm is always looking to add talented individuals who can bring intensity, integrity, and intellectual curiosity to the organisation. We emphasise meritocracy in the organisation, and always look for individuals who bring a spirit of entrepreneurship. The specific skills we look for in the people that join the firm as an experienced hire involve skills in deal analysis, execution, monitoring, and exit of private equity investments. We typically look to hire individuals by specific funds within the organisation’s core business lines. We seek individuals who have a demonstrated history of academic and professional achievements. Our senior-level recruiting is focused on seeking executives with strong financial as well as operation experience for real assets, and we are also interested in some former CEOs and CFOs of companies in a range of industries.

Experienced individuals we hire will have prior experience developing capital structures that allow our real asset portfolios of infrastructure, real estate, and portfolio companies to earn growth in stable years and withstand economic downturns;

Experienced individuals we hire will have prior experience working with management teams of investee companies to improve and create long-term value for shareholders and other stakeholders; and our experienced investment professionals will also be able to provide our investee portfolio companies with access to a global network of in-house resources to strengthen their operations.

Our Global Capital Financing Team is always looking for experienced fundraisers with strong investor relationships as well as capital markets experience and significant expertise in deal structuring and distribution.

Associate Hiring

Our investment funds hire associates and senior associates annually in numbers that depend on various factors such as market conditions and anticipated global needs. We typically begin recruiting for our associates in early fall with a start date beginning the following summer.

Our firm has a typical two-year associate program for many of its European-based funds. Associates who have successfully completed an undergraduate degree with a strong GPA, and have at least two years of investment banking or consulting work experience.

Our senior associates have generally obtained their MBA and have at least three to four years of prior private equity, investment banking and/or consulting work experience.

Investor Services Group

Our investor services group provides support to all our in-house funds and businesses. Professional support staff we look to hire have experience in the following business areas:

  • Information Technology
  • Investor Relations
  • Legal
